Submit Your Enquiry
Begin by submitting your enquiry with your ideas, inspiration images, preferred style, budget and timeline. You don't need to have everything figured out yet. Whether you know exactly what you want or are still exploring options, we'll help guide you from the very beginning.

Consultation & Design Discussion
Once we receive your enquiry, we'll chat through your vision in more detail. This is where we get to understand your preferences, the occasion, your ideal design direction, your budget and any stone or metal options you may be considering. Our goal is to make sure the piece feels aligned with your style, practical for everyday wear and special enough to be treasured for years to come.

Personalised Quotation
After the design direction, materials and stone preferences have been discussed, we'll prepare a personalised quotation for your piece. Your quote will be based on the chosen design, metal, stones and any specific details required to bring your jewellery to life. We'll make sure everything is clearly explained before moving forward.

Deposit & Stone Sourcing
Once you're happy to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to begin the process. From there, we secure your selected stone and start preparing the details for your custom design. For natural stones, deposit requirements may vary depending on the specific stone selected and supplier requirements. We'll guide you through this clearly before anything is confirmed.

Digital Design Approval
Before manufacturing begins, you'll receive a digital design render showing what your piece will look like. This gives you the opportunity to review the design, visualise the final piece and confirm that every detail feels right. Once the digital design has been approved, your jewellery will move into production.

Manufacturing
Your bespoke piece is then carefully crafted with precision, skill and attention to detail. Every element is considered, from the setting and proportions to the finishing touches, ensuring your jewellery is made beautifully and built to last. This is where your idea becomes something real, tangible and deeply personal.

Final Payment & Delivery
Once your piece is complete, the remaining balance will be due before collection or delivery. Your finished jewellery will then be beautifully packaged and handed over to you, ready to be worn, gifted and treasured.
