Terms & Conditions

Bespoke & Beryl is a fine jewellery studio operating from South Africa. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bespoke & Beryl; "you" and "your" refer to the person browsing our website or placing an order.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display each piece accurately, but slight variations in colour, metal finish and stone characteristics are inherent to handmade fine jewellery.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or descriptive errors. If a piece is mispriced, we'll contact you before processing your order.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order at our discretion, including where a piece is no longer available, pricing was incorrect or we suspect fraudulent activity.

• Bespoke and made-to-order pieces require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
• Design approvals, stone selections and final quotes are confirmed in writing.
• Estimated timelines are provided in good faith; we'll keep you updated of any change.
• Once approved, bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We accept major debit and credit cards, EFT and approved payment-plan providers. All payments are processed securely; we do not store full card details. Title in a piece passes to you only once full payment has been received.

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

We warrant our pieces against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of stones due to impact, or work carried out by another jeweller. Complimentary cleaning and polishing is offered for the lifetime of the piece.

All content on this website — including text, photography, illustrations, designs and the Bespoke & Beryl name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa) or other non-excludable laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute will be referred to the South African courts.
