Every bespoke piece is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the metal, stones and complexity of the design. Engagement rings typically start from around R 18,000; we'll always provide a personalised quote before any work begins.

Yes — redesigning heirloom jewellery is one of our favourite things to do. We'll assess your existing piece, discuss what's possible, and quote on the design and remake.

Not at all. Many of our clients arrive with only a feeling or a few images. Part of our role is to help shape your vision into something tangible and beautifully wearable.

Both. We'll talk through the differences in detail so you can make a choice that's right for you — ethically, aesthetically and financially.

We're happy to help — borrowing a current ring (worn on the same finger), tracing it on paper, or having a friend or family member help can all work. We also offer complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery on most settings.

Most commissioned engagement rings take 4 – 6 weeks from final design approval. If you have a deadline, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate it.

Ready-to-wear pieces ship within 3 – 5 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship in 2 – 3 weeks, and bespoke commissions in 4 – 8 weeks. You'll receive tracking as soon as your piece is dispatched.

Yes — we ship worldwide, fully insured, with complimentary shipping on every order. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery times and duty information.

Always. Every shipment is fully insured for its replacement value and requires a signature on delivery.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, credit or exchange — provided they're unworn and in original condition. Bespoke, personalised and resized pieces are final sale. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full detail.

Yes. Complimentary first resizing is offered within 60 days for eligible ready-to-wear rings. After that, resizing and repairs are offered at cost. Some settings — like eternity bands — cannot be resized; we'll always let you know in advance.

Remove your pieces before sleeping, swimming, exercising or applying lotions and perfume. Clean gently with warm water and a soft cloth. We offer complimentary cleaning and polishing for the lifetime of every piece.

Yes — every piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Lifetime cleaning and polishing is offered to all clients.

We work primarily in 9ct and 18ct recycled yellow, white and rose gold, as well as platinum. Other metals can be considered on request for bespoke pieces.

Yes. We work with recycled precious metals wherever possible and source our stones from suppliers committed to ethical, conflict-free practices.

Each gold and platinum piece is marked with its metal purity. Diamonds above 0.30ct are supplied with a grading certificate.
