A deposit is required to begin the process and secure your order. Once received, we source and reserve your stones (where applicable) and begin creating your digital designs. Please note: deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or stones have been secured. Deposit amounts for natural diamonds or rare gemstones may vary depending on the specific stone requirements.

Absolutely. Redesigning heirloom jewellery is one of our favourite things to do. We will carefully assess your existing piece, discuss what is possible, and guide you through the redesign process while preserving the elements that matter most to you. Please note that clients are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance for any jewellery sent to or from our studio. While every piece is handled with the utmost care throughout the redesign process, heirloom and previously worn jewellery may contain hidden wear, damage, weakened settings, or structural weaknesses that cannot be identified until work begins. By proceeding with a redesign, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. Bespoke & Beryl cannot accept liability for the loss of, damage to, or failure of any existing jewellery, gemstones, or components at any stage of the redesign process, including during transit, inspection, manufacturing, stone removal, setting, polishing, or any other work carried out on the piece.

Both. We work with both lab-grown and natural diamonds and will guide you through the differences in appearance, rarity, value, and budget so you can make the choice that feels right for you and your vision.

Both lab-grown and natural diamonds are real diamonds with identical physical, chemical, and optical properties. Natural diamonds are formed naturally within the earth over billions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology in controlled environments. Lab-grown diamonds often allow clients to achieve a larger or higher-quality stone within the same budget.

We're always happy to help. Borrowing a ring they already wear on the correct finger, tracing it on paper, or asking a close friend or family member can all help determine the right size. We also offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery on eligible ready-to-wear rings & custom pieces, up to two sizes larger or smaller. Certain designs, such as eternity bands, may be excluded.

Most bespoke engagement rings are completed within approximately 4 weeks from final design approval. If you have a specific proposal date or deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Yes. Once your deposit has been received, we create detailed CAD renders so you can see exactly what your piece will look like before production begins. Adjustments can be made at this stage to ensure every detail is perfect.

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide with fully tracked and insured delivery. Shipping is incorporated into your personalisd quotation based on your location. To ensure accurate pricing, we ask clients to provide their intended delivery country and address details during the enquiry process. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient and are not included within the quoted price.

Absolutely. Every Bespoke & Beryl order is shipped fully tracked and insured for its replacement value until it reaches you safely.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided they remain unworn and in their original condition. Bespoke, personalisd, made-to-order, and resized pieces are considered final sale. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Yes. We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery on eligible ready-to-wear rings, up to two sizes larger or smaller. After this period, resizing and repair services are available at an additional cost. Certain designs, including eternity bands and some intricate settings, cannot be resized, and we will always advise you of this before purchase.

We recommend removing your jewellery before sleeping, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, and other cosmetics. To clean your pieces at home, gently soak them in warm water with a small dash of mild dish soap and use a soft cloth or soft-bristled brush to remove any build-up. Professional cleaning and maintenance services are also available to help keep your jewellery looking its best.

Yes. Every Bespoke & Beryl piece is covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of stones, improper care, unauthorised repairs, or damage caused through everyday use. If you experience any concerns with your piece, please contact us and we will be happy to assess the issue and advise on the best solution.

We work primarily in 9kt, 14kt, and 18kt yellow, white, and rose gold, as well as platinum. Alternative metals may also be considered for bespoke pieces upon request, depending on the design requirements and intended wear.

Where required by law, our gold and platinum pieces are hallmarked to confirm their metal purity. Natural and laboratory-grown diamonds above 0.30ct are typically supplied with an independent grading certificate, although certification may vary depending on the specific stone selected.

In many cases, yes. We are happy to assess client-supplied gemstones and heirloom pieces to determine whether they are suitable for use in a new design. Please note that we cannot guarantee the condition, authenticity, or structural integrity of client-supplied materials until they have been professionally inspected, and clients remain responsible for insuring items during transit to and from our studio.
