Refund & Returns Policy

Ready-to-wear pieces purchased online may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is:

• Unworn and in its original, undamaged condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, certificates and documentation.
• Not personalised, engraved or resized.

Bespoke pieces — including custom designs, engagement rings made to your specification, personalised engravings and resized items — are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

This is in line with the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa), which allows for an exemption on goods made to a consumer's specifications.

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of delivery, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Please email us within 7 days of noticing the issue, including photographs and your order number.

• Email returns@bespokeandberyl.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an insured shipping label.
• Please don't post jewellery back to us without first arranging a return — uninsured returns are at your own risk.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional few days to display the funds.

Original shipping fees, customs duties and resizing fees are non-refundable.

Complimentary first resizing is offered within 60 days for eligible ready-to-wear rings. After this period, resizing is offered at cost. Some settings and eternity bands cannot be resized — we'll always let you know before you order.

Pieces marked as sale or final-sale, and items purchased with promotional codes, are not eligible for refund. Exchange or credit may be offered at our discretion.
