1. Processing times
- Ready-to-wear pieces: dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-order & engraved pieces: 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.
- Bespoke & engagement rings: 4–8 weeks, confirmed in your quote.
You'll receive an email when your order is dispatched, along with tracking information.
2. Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping is complimentary on all orders, both within South Africa and internationally.
- South Africa — 1–3 business days via insured courier.
- Africa — 3–7 business days.
- Europe, UK & USA — 4–7 business days via DHL Express.
- Rest of world — 5–10 business days.
3. Insurance & signature on delivery
Every shipment is fully insured for its replacement value while in transit. For the security of your piece, a signature is required on delivery — please make sure someone will be available at the delivery address.
4. Duties, taxes & customs
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all shipments at their full value as required by law.
5. Order changes & delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it after ordering, email us as soon as possible at hello@bespokeandberyl.com. Once a piece has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
6. Lost or delayed shipments
On the rare occasion a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we'll work with the courier to resolve it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll replace or refund your order in full.
7. Local collection
Collection from our Cape Town studio is available by appointment. Choose "Studio Collection" at checkout, and we'll be in touch to arrange a time.
